Access to the platform is provided under the terms of the separate agreement between Aqualogic and your organization.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Aqualogic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
